Prime Contracts

USAF Academy Assistance & Advisory Services IDIQ
Apogee Engineering supports the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) in Colorado Springs with assistance & advisory services (A&AS) through Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract providing program and project management, engineering, information and communications systems, administration, financial, and technical analysis services to USAFA Research and Development (R&D) departments. ID/IQ Contract Administered by USAFA.

USAF ASC ISR & SOF Requirements & Integration Division 
Apogee Engineering supports the ASC Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) Directorate providing multi-program integration, development planning, and systems engineering support to the Requirement & Integration Division (WIR) located at Wright Patterson AFB. Contract Administered by the GSA.

USAF SMC MILSATCOM Joint Terminal Engineering Office
Apogee Engineering supports the Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Directorate's Joint Terminal Engineering Office (JTEO) providing technical expertise and systems engineering & integration (SE&I) services for joint interoperability roadmaps, planning, requirements, and integration of terminals across Protected, Wideband, Narrowband communications systems. Contract Administered by the SMC.

USAF Global Positioning System Operations Center
Apogee Engineering supports the Global Positioning System (GPS) Operations Center (GPSOC) at Schriever AFB by providing engineering and technical services for the operations and employment of GPS technology across the full spectrum of conflicts. The GPSOC brings together all of the segments of GPS operations, analysis, and Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) capabilities to form a single solutions-based operations center. U.S Department of Transportation Crisis Management Center
Apogee Engineering provides 24/7 operations, training, security, IT, and contingency operations (COOP) planning and support for the Department of Transportation (DOT) Crisis Management Center (CMC) in fulfillment of Emergency Support Function One (ESF-1) functions. Apogee Engineering manages a small business teammate and provides daily interface and support to homeland security stakeholders such as the White House, FAA, USCG, and USNORTHCOM. Contract Administered by the DOT.

Direct Award Opportunities: Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program
Clients are able to quickly acquire Apogee Engineering expertise through a sole-sourced or SDB competitive SBA contract. Multiple contract types, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus, and Time & Materials are available within this program. Sole-sourced awards are available up to $4.0M total contract value. Competitive 8(a) acquisition awards support contract values greater than $4.0M. Apogee Engineering’s 8(a) certification is valid through 18 December 2016. 

GSA Contract: Professional Engineering Services (PES)
Contract supports competitive acquisition opportunities with pre-negotiated rates and minimal GSA costs (.75% Industrial Funding Fee included within the on-contract rates). The GSA provides an easy-to-follow and user friendly web-based GSA E-buy system to facilitate rapid procurement (4-6 weeks). Clients have access to FFP and Time & Material contracting types. Apogee Engineering’s PES contract is valid through 30 June 2015 via contract# GS-10F-0242W.
